SINGLE FAMILY BASEMENT RENOVATION

In this single-family home, the basement was completely refinished to create a fully functional apartment unit. The new space includes a complete kitchen, a full bathroom, a separate bedroom, and a dining/living area, offering all the comforts of an independent living space. A separate entry was also added for privacy and convenience. To ensure durability and comfort, all new cement floors were poured throughout the basement. The apartment is designed to lock off from the rest of the basement, where a dedicated workout room was incorporated.
